1 hr more of tedious rivet filling...  All the top rivets are done (well, not the sanding part...).

I won't bore you with a picture of filled rivets, so here's a picture of my Stratux build.  Works like a charm!

And click here to see a great video of the Blue Angels (click the gear icon in the lower right of the video to change it to HD).  Watch how he grunts and bears down to counteract the g's he's pulling.  I'd guess he's pulling over 7 g's.

NEXT TASKS:
  1. Composite wing tip riveted to wing and light installation (wing skin part coming on Monday).
  2. Use epoxy filler to fill between the composite top and wing.
  3. Test fit of aileron and flap, with likely adjustment of the aileron to line up the trailing edges.
  4. Fill rivets - most done already...
  5. Rivet the one on the left wing's step rib that needs special handling (waiting to hear back from the factory on what to do with that hole).
  6. Finish one of the composite tips of the elevator.
  7. Fill rivets of elevator.
  8. START ON FUSELAGE!
