- Make dimensionally correct dummy wing spars to insert and bolt into position in the center fuselage so that the slot and it's uprights are properly spaced when it's being riveted into position. Do this while the main spar is not cleco'ed to anything so that it's free to move. This was recommended by various people so that the side skins don't buckle when the wing is finally installed (I saw this on the Sling 4 at OSH). DONE.

- Throttle lines through firewall
- Need to terminate CAN bus (one end is at the GMU 11, not sure where to terminate the other end. G5?)
- Install dash and rivet (connect OAT probe in process of install)
- Connect all grounds to grounding block (grounds from panel are bundled together and some are white). Some of them still need terminals (they fell off...).
- Connect all remote boxes
- Connect all remaining wiring (XRC connectors, etc.)
- Cover throttle assembly with carbon fiber material
- Install throttle assembly
- Install Prop control harness
- Windscreen install
- Grease pushrod eyebolts
- Fit cowling
- Fit Camloc cowling fasteners (long Camlocs for bottom of cowling)
- Fit coolant lines with heat shields (need insert to lengthen) & radiator
- Fill all remaining gaps in the firewall with heat-resistant sealant (supplied)
- Install cabin heat shroud inlet pipe
- Parachute blowout skin fitting. See this and this. There's an TAF document on how to properly install this.
- Assemble, wire and mount XRC connectors for wings & tail (both ends)
- Do steel rivet Service Bulletin mod to fuselage & wings
- Fill and sand new steel rivets under wing (not filling rivets on bottom of fuselage)
- Permatex gasket for fuel drains?
- Install rear seat modification for forward position
- Install center console cover skins
- Cover them with leather/carpet
- Install cockpit side pockets
- Install seat belt bolt covers
- Install Transponder antenna (after painting?)
- Install remaining antennas (after painting?)

- Install rudder cable protectors on exterior rear fuselage
- Fit propeller
- Fit parachute
- Outer seat rails not installed until wings are installed.

- Replace rubber gasket on luggage door with something that isn't sticky like the rubber..

- Some bolts on elevator or horizontal stabilizer needed final torquing (they don't have torque seal on them)
- Empennage installation
- Fairings and misc. covers installation
