I moved my avionics thoughts to my Avionics & Electrical page.
Safety features I'm thinking of adding are:
- AoA indicator for the top of the panel
- Remote cameras for checking out my blind spots during final approach
- Stick shaker
- Airbag seat belt harnesses
Some other cool features I plan to have:
- Red LED lighting throughout the cockpit for when the doors are open (and perhaps also controllable by switch). Some will be at the top of the instrument panel.
- Any other cool ideas out there?
