Well, I figured out why the two ailerons are different and is causing the right one to rub up against the wing.

It finally dawned on me to check the good aileron and compare it...  Note how the skin wraps around the leading edge on this, good, left aileron.

And here's the bad, right, one.  It's tight underneath, but is bulging out on top.  So, there's the rub, so to speak...  So, basically what I have to do is re-rivet the aileron (though I still need to warp it a bit to get the trail edges to line up) and roll the leading edge to push it down on top and get it more evenly distributed around the leading edge.  To be done tomorrow.
