Slack helps to be able to get the cable around the pull handle. Thanks JimP for the idea!
That wasn't so hard!
Sandwiched between the handle and the lower plastic piece. Remember to keep the parts centered on the cable as you tighten the bolt.
And it's together.
And a pull retracts the pins.
