1.5 hrs. finishing up the nose gear assembly (not including the wheel/tire, which I'll do soon).
Unbolted so I can grind the closing bracket to be looser (don't forget to throw away any used nuts).
My estimate as to how much material I need to remove (I estimated based on looking through the bolt holes when it was in the assembly).
After grinding down.
Back in and bolted. Much better!
I'll attach these bushings here temporarily so I won't lose track of them.
And the wheel fork attached. Note that it is not symmetric, so check the manual carefully for the correct orientation.
