I got more details regarding the CamLoc parts:

40S5-3S (Quantity: 22)
40S5-4S (2)  These are longer versions of the above for the bottom two fasteners that connect to the engine mount.
4002-GS (24)
40G26-1 (24)
244-16 (24)

FYI: In the US the total comes to $292.96, not including the shipping.
