A somewhat frustrating 2 hrs. working on the nose wheel/tire.

The only way I could get enough leverage to remove the bolts (you only need to remove 3, not the 6 shown in the manual.  Remove the 3 that are shorter. (the one the my hex wrench is attached to is one of the long bolts you actually don't need to remove).

The drawing seems to show the o-ring should be in the disassembly, but it's not...

Here they are...

The manual says to slightly inflate the inner tube.  Don't.  It's nearly impossible to stuff it in if it has any air at all...

And it's in...

This was the easy way to do it...  But, is it right?...

Also, the manual seems to suggest (by the diagram at least) that you put the o-ring in while you're putting together the two hubs.  No...

After they're together, then you slip the lubricated o-ring over the hub and past the tire (I pushed it through with the flat head screwdriver.  You lube with dishwashing soap.

Now that I'm staring at it....

... it seems like the valve should go the other way through that hole...  But, but...

...so I disassembled what I had done and tried to get it to pass through the other way.  But, it seems basically impossible to get it to make that turn.  Which way is correct friends??  If it was correct the way I had done it, then why is that hole there?
