On advice from PeterC I flipped and swapped the outer angle bracket around and now the holes line up. Thanks Peter! And on the advice of Simon I checked that the back isn't warped and that's fine. Thanks Simon!
All the parts in place... Though checking Jim's blog I see that he mentions that there are some small channel parts (CHL-016) that fit inside of CHL-006 at the bottom of the seat. I'll need to check on that.
