Lots-o-Rivets!
Getting there! Plan is to finish the riveting Wednesday.
Know this character? Made me think of him when I watched the time-lapse video I made. ;-)
NEXT TASKS:
- Top skins riveted on.
- Leading edge riveted on.
- Fuel tank riveted on.
- Fill rivets (use filler this time and try the factory recommended method of filling the rivets).
- Wing tip assembly and light installation.
- Rivet the one on the left wing's step rib that needs special handling (waiting to hear back from the factory on what to do with that hole).
- Finish one of the composite tips of the elevator.
- Fill rivets of elevator.
- START ON FUSELAGE!
