1.5 hrs. on firewall.

Given the depth of the locknuts (and the thickness of the ring terminals) I decided that my 2.5" threaded rod wasn't long enough.  So, I made one about 3.5" long.  Probably overkill, but better too long than too short.  All the washers except the ones up against the locknuts are regular AN6 washers.  The two up against the locknuts are lockwashers.  This is as per the AC43 spec.  The engine-side locknut is an all-metal one and the cabin-side one is a nyloc.

Applying the Deoxit to where the inner nuts will go.

In place.  Will tighten things down once everything is attached.
