I emailed 3 Rotax distributors and none have gotten back to me yet on the fuel pump capacitor question.  But, someone on Rotax-owners did.  They recommended using ceramic caps for this purpose, so I just ordered these, which should fit the bill perfectly.

I did also email TAF support in SA, so I should hear back from them tomorrow.
