Found this useful video that would also apply to the 914 fuel pump assembly. Note that the Sling assembly manual shows screw style clamps for some of the clamps. Jean told me this was a good idea so that if a filter clogs on one of the pumps it would be easy to clean it out.

these clamps look like the ones used for PEX plumbing connections. The crimp tool for those has a one-way handle compression mechanism so you know when you have crimped it enough and not too much. Seems like a better tool than those shown.
